South Downs Way

The South Downs Way is a 100 mile (160 Km) long national trail that follows old routes and drove-ways along the chalk escarpment and ridges of the South Downs. I decided to run the SDW as part of training for the UTS50. The trail officially starts in Winchester, Hampshire and finishes in Eastbourne, East Sussex.
